Georgia (Apr 8, 2014) — Gary Coltek, Kennesaw State University’s senior director, Culinary and Hospitality Services, said the average dinner plate travels 1,500 miles and comes from three different countries before arrives at its destination on your table. “That’s pretty sad, isn’t it?” asked Coltek, the recipient of the Trident Award in the Metro Atlanta Chamber’s E3 Awards.
