Morgan Williams of Dalton will compete for the title of Miss Georgia USA 2013 Thursday
through Saturday at the Woodland Performing Arts Theatre in Cartersville.
Williams, 21, is the daughter of Royce and Sandra Williams and the sister of Jenna
Williams. She is a senior at Kennesaw State University where she is a public relations
major and president of the Lambda Pi Eta Communications Honors Society. Williams signed
a track and field scholarship with KSU in 2009, and competed for the Owls for two
years.
Williams graduated from Northwest Whitfield High School in 2009, where she ran track
and field.
The Miss Georgia USA pageant is the official preliminary to the Miss USA pageant.
The young woman chosen as Miss Georgia USA 2013 will go on to represent the state
in the 2013 Miss USA pageant.
