Georgia (Jun 29, 2011) — KSU alums Keith Schroder and Hunter Thornton launched their ice cream company when they were students in the Executive MBA program at the Coles College of Business. Their business, High Road Craft Ice Cream & Sorbet, now sells to more than 100 restaurants in the Southeat and offers 80 different flavors.
