Leeds is on the faculty of the Coles College of Business and teaches in the MBA, Executive MBA and the Georgia Web MBA programs. She has published research papers in various respected information systems journals, including INFORMS Transactions on Education, the International Journal of Information and Communication Technology and the International Journal of Applied Management and Technology. Leed's research interests include technology acceptance and fit, ethics in IT, communication technology, and online student retention and success.
She is a visiting professor at Anhalt University of Applied Sciences in Bernburg, Germany, and at Romania's Institute for Business Administration in Bucharest.
