KENNESAW‚ Ga. (July 25‚ 2007) — Noted psychologist and consultant‚ Earl Suttle‚ will
serve as keynote speaker to nearly 1‚000 graduates from Kennesaw State University
who are set to walk across the Convocation Center’s stage during the school’s 84th
commencement ceremonies. There will be two separate ceremonies Monday‚ July 30. Suttle‚
founder of international training company‚ the Three E Corporation‚ is highly sought
after by businesses and organizations for his unique employee production and profitability
concepts.
This marks the university’s largest class to commence during the summer with students
receiving degrees from one of the school’s seven colleges. The Coles College of Business
will graduate the highest number of students with 322 graduates‚ followed by the College
of Humanities and Social Sciences with 251 graduates.
Following is a breakdown of the number of degrees being awarded by each college:

Earl Suttle is a noted psychologist and consultant. He is the CEO and founder of the
Three E Corporation‚ an international training company based in Atlanta‚ Ga.‚ that
specializes in working with businesses and organizations to increase their profitability
and productivity through developing their employees.
As a business consultant and dynamic professional speaker‚ Suttle delivers nearly
100 presentations throughout the year in the United States and South Africa. He has
conducted keynote addresses and seminars for prestigious corporations such as AFLAC
Insurance‚ the new AT&T Corporation‚ Delta Air Lines‚ Coca−Cola Company‚ American
Express‚ Kimberly−Clark Corporation‚ United States Postal Service‚ Kraft Foods‚ Hartford
Insurance Group‚ Wachovia Bank‚ Atlanta Life Insurance Company‚ Georgia Department
of Labor‚ Cobb EMC‚ Anheuser−Busch Companies‚ University of Miami‚ University of Georgia
and the Bartow County (Ga.) Government. He also serves as a consultant to the National
Basketball Association (NBA) and National Football League (NFL).
Suttle has coauthored two books with John Hubbard‚ “Earl’s Pearls on Enjoying Excellence”
and “Preparing for and Managing High−Risk Situations in the Lives of College Athletes
(An Athlete’s Guide).” Both books have received rave reviews. In addition‚ Suttle
has produced CDs and DVDs about leadership‚ and professional and personal development.
His company’s motto is “empowerment through education and enthusiasm.”
Suttle earned his doctorate in addiction studies from the International University
for Graduate Studies.
He is married to Felicia Mabuza−Suttle‚ who started the first TV audience talk show
in South Africa. She is currently the president of South Africa Tourism−USA. Suttle
and his wife have been featured on CNN‚ InStyle magazine and Ebony magazine. Suttle
is the proud father of one son‚ Darron‚ two daughters Lindi and Zani and two grandchildren.
He also has a wonderful daughter−in−law‚ Alisa.
