The Center for Professional Selling Corporate Partners awarded merit−based $1‚000
scholarships to seven sales majors at a reception held April 20 at the Jolley Lodge.
“I am very excited about this scholarship because it’s not just any scholarship; it’s
a scholarship in an area that I am passionate about — sales‚” said scholarship recipient

Greg Bishop‚ Elk Building Products Ethics in Professional Selling Scholarship
Melinda Jones‚ Federated Insurance Scholarship
Teddi Mathes‚ Aramark Scholarship
Tom Smith‚ ADP Scholarship
Ashley Thomas‚ Assurant Scholarship
Angela Wunderlich‚ Primary Capital Mortgage Scholarship
The professional sales major scholarship program is one of the latest offerings of
the Corporate Partners Program. The Corporate Partners Program is designed to increase
the interaction between members of the business community and professional sales majors.
Corporate Partners is able to contribute to the enhancement of sales education‚ as
well as develop professional relationships with top sales students. Students also
benefit from the program. Each interaction a sales student has with a professional
in the field becomes an additional beyond−the−classroom learning opportunity.
“I am thankful to Aramark for the scholarship because it will help me to achieve my
academic goals‚” said scholarship recipient Teddi Mathes.
